How many homes will be in the community?
We anticipate 632 homes in the Park Circle community. Homes are available in our Wildflower neighborhood.
Do the homes include solar? Do you take VA loans?
Our homes will come with many modern features. Please contact the builder sales agents for home details and financing specifications.
Will there be HOA dues? Will there be Mello Roos?
Yes, there will be HOA dues that will help keep our 3 recreation centers, parks, trails, and community landscaping beautiful. Mello Roos and property tax will vary based on the price of the home. Please contact the builder sales agents for specifics.
Is Park Circle a gated community?
The community is not gated and everyone can enjoy the 2.6-acre public Harvest Park.
Are the recreation centers, pools, or parks open for public memberships?
Our three community recreation centers, pools, parks, and trails are just for our residents. The only exception will be Harvest Park, a 2.6-acre public park that everyone will be welcome to enjoy.
Is Park Circle Commons open?
Park Circle Commons opened early 2023 with McDonalds. If you are interested in opening up shop, please inquire here.
